withdraw <strong>without giving any reason<\/strong> and <strong>without any charge<\/strong> from the sales contract, within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the product.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>The withdrawal applies under the following conditions:<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n \t<li>The product must be returned <strong>in its original condition<\/strong>, <strong>without having been used or damaged<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>The product must be returned <strong>in its original packaging<\/strong> with <strong>all accompanying documents and accessories<\/strong> (e.g. tags, box, warranty, proof of purchase).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li><strong>The return shipping costs<\/strong> of the product are borne by the -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list -->\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n \t<li>The refund is made <strong>only upon presentation of the retail sales receipt<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>The money is refunded within <strong>14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice<\/strong>, <strong>provided that<\/strong> we have received and inspected the product or have received proof of its return.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<ul --><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>For payments made by <strong>credit\/debit card<\/strong>, <strong>PayPal<\/strong>, <strong>or another electronic payment system<\/strong>, the <strong>transaction will be cancelled<\/strong> and the amount will be refunded to the card within <strong>7 working days<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n \t<li><strong>No returns are accepted<\/strong> for personal-use products (e.g. <strong>underwear, swimwear, masks, cosmetics, perfumes<\/strong>) if their packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li><strong>No returns are accepted<\/strong> for the supply of products made according to the consumer\u2019s specifications or value<\/strong> is issued for future purchases from our e-shop. The relevant code is sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.\r\nThe voucher is valid for <strong>one (1) year<\/strong> from its date of issue.
