1. SUBJECT

This website https://dpar.gr  is the online store selling products via the internet (hereinafter "Store"). The Store belongs to the company AK & PARTNERS O.E. with headquarters in Kozani on D. Manentis 1 & Takiatzidon Street. The terms of use of the Store are included in a clear, precise and comprehensible way. Furthermore, any contract entered into through the Store is governed by the terms stated herein as well as those, as the case may be, agreed upon between the parties. Any other terms are expressly excluded. Without prejudice to the principle of observing good faith and user business ethics as well as, in general, the provisions governing legal transactions, in particular those concluded at a distance (where applicable), each user who enters and uses the services of the Store is considered that he consents and unconditionally accepts the terms set forth herein, without any exception.

If a user does not agree with these terms, he must refrain from using the Store and from any transaction with it.

2. RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

The Store may contain links or references to other websites owned and operated by third parties. The Administrator does not handle or control and therefore bears no responsibility for any information, product or service contained therein. Therefore, for any problem that occurs when visiting or using them, you should contact directly the legal representatives of the websites in question, who bear the relevant responsibility for the provision of their services. The Store may, for any reason and without notice, change these Terms but will make every effort to indicate any changes to these terms with a notice on the home page. The Administrator is not responsible or liable for compensation for any damage (including compensation for moral damage) resulting from failure to provide support services. By using the Store, the user declares that he agrees that the use is at his own risk and acknowledges that, although the Administrator makes every effort to provide high-quality services, it is not possible to guarantee that there will be no interruptions in the use or errors in store content.

The user of the Store (the meaning of which includes any person who uses the Store, with or without rights of use, with or without a connection, as well as anyone who is legally responsible for the actions of a third party who uses it, e.g. the judicial assistant or the legal guardian of a minor) declares that he is legally able to enter into a contract with the Administrator through the Store, as well as to use the Store under the terms and conditions stated here. Also, as long as the use of the Store is made after connecting to it with the User's login details, he accepts that he is personally and financially responsible for every use of the Store, even if the use of the Store is made by others, e.g. persons residing with him. A purchase made by an undisclosed minor using the details of an adult guardian or parent or anyone else is binding on the person whose details were submitted. The user is free to use the Store in accordance with these terms, the law and good morals. Responsibility for the contents of the transactions rests exclusively with the user. The Administrator does not exercise any type of correction or intervention in the data transferred by the user, who must correctly fill in the fields in the online contact forms. The presentation-depiction of our products in the photos is done with the greatest possible detail and we reserve the right for any deviations (e.g. on each computer, tablet or mobile phone screen they may be displayed differently and depending on the quality of resolution and lighting). Handmade items dpar they are manufactured individually and may have small differences between them, in colors or even in materials (e.g. colors of buttons, threads, etc. of detailed elements). All products are handmade, which makes each piece unique. After the production of each piece, quality control is carried out in order to minimize the appearance of defects. The user agrees and undertakes not to use the Store for:

a. Sending, publishing or transmitting in any way any content that is or can be considered for any reason unethical (offends good morals, social values, minors etc.) or illegal or, in general, offends, damages or damages the Administrator or anyone third party and their legal goods,

b. Without prejudice to any other right of the company, any use contrary to the above may result in the interruption of the services provided without any notice. The user agrees that the Administrator is not responsible for any violation of the above obligations on the part of the User.

3. AGREEMENT

In order to enter into a contract with the Administrator (e.g. purchase of goods) through the Store, it is not necessary to register in the Store (using a "username" and "password"). During the purchase process, the user will be asked to login (if already registered) or to state the details to which the goods will be sent. If the user wishes, he can either declare a password and, thus, his data will be saved for future transactions, or not declare a password, so in future transactions he will need to repeat the declaration of the relevant data. The user, using the unique combination of User Name and Password that he has declared, has the following possibilities:

- To complete the order of the products he has added to the shopping cart.

– To see previous orders he has placed on dpar.gr.

– To modify the Address Details of his account.

The customer details we receive from them must be true and accurate.

For registration, only name, mailing address, contact phone number and e-mail are required. This information remains absolutely confidential in accordance with what is detailed in the paragraph here concerning Personal Data.

Orders are placed in writing online by filling in and sending the relevant form available in the Store. The contract is concluded at the moment the user receives an update of the order status with the indication "Shipped". Other updates on the status of the order appear on the user's screen and are sent by e-mail to the electronic contact address registered by the user. During the processing of each registered order, the stock availability of the ordered products is also confirmed. In the event that the availability or delivery time differs from that indicated on the product's page, the user will receive relevant information. Before sending the order, the user, in addition to the knowledge of the present terms, also receives knowledge of the following information:

a. That the user's counterparty is the Administrator, the full details of which are stated herein,

b. The main characteristics of the goods ordered,

c. The total price of the goods, including VAT. and any other fees and, where applicable, all additional shipping, delivery or postal charges and any other expenses;

d. The arrangements for payment, delivery, execution, the deadline within which the Administrator undertakes to deliver the goods,

e. That the user may submit any complaint in any way by e-mail to the address [email protected] and that the Administrator, after examining the complaint, will contact the user as soon as possible,

f. that given the use of the internet as a means of remote communication for the conclusion of the contract, there is no charge to the user on behalf of the Administrator for the use of the Store,

g. That the user has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions, the deadline and the procedures for exercising the right mentioned below,

h. That the Administrator strictly adheres to the Code of Ethics of the "Hellenic Association of Distance Sales and Electronic Commerce" (EPAM) - a copy of which can be obtained at the email address https://www.enepam.gr/ – to which the user can also turn for any complaint or redress request.Any product offers are valid while stocks last. The Administrator is not responsible for any errors in the characteristics, photos and prices of products listed in the Store and cannot ensure that there will be no errors for any reason when entering and/or updating the characteristics and/or price of a product. For this reason, in the context of good faith, if the user finds that a good is offered at an unusually low or high price in relation to its market value, before proceeding with the order, he must contact the Administrator by e-mail at [email protected].

The Administrator declares that the Store covers shipments only within Greece. The delivery time can take 1-4 working days depending on the destination (distance, difficulty of access). In cases of delivery delays due to force majeure (e.g. road closures due to strikes, traffic and transport bans due to health conditions or extreme weather conditions) the Store bears no responsibility.

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece with Decree-Law 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process throughout the European Union is now provided for. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase he made from our Website, he can initiate the ADR procedure through the single EU-wide platform for electronic dispute resolution ( HED platform).

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Store contains intellectual property material owned by the Administrator and protected by law. All the contents of the Store are the intellectual property of the Administrator (or third parties contracted with it) and are protected by Greek and international legislation. In particular, the copyright of the content of the Store, including without limitation all documents, files, texts, images, graphics, components and code contained therein as well as the general image of the Store, is intellectual and industrial property of the Store unless otherwise specified and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, Community and international law.

ORDER AND SAFE PAYMENT

6. RETURNS / EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

  • Please send the parcel back to us with the ACS Courier company we work with and at the consignee's expense (ie our expense). In the event that you wish to send the package with a different company, you are responsible for all shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your package and it will be returned to you.
  • Shipping costs for the package with the new product are free.

MONEY RETURN:

In case you want a refund, you can do so within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

  • Please send the package back to us with the ACS courier company we work with and at the consignee's expense (ie our expense). Z1-891/2013). Also, the refund should be made in the same way as the original transaction. If a credit card has been used on the same credit card number, the refund must also be made.
