Payment Methods

For the payment of the products you order, we offer the following methods:

Credit / Debit Card

Credit / debit card via Eurobank e-Commerce: You can make your payment using Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro credit, debit, and prepaid cards. All card payments are processed through Eurobank’s “Eurobank e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).

There, you will enter your card details and complete the payment. If the payment is completed successfully, you will be redirected back to our online store, and we will be notified by the bank of the successful payment.

Eurobank

dpar.gr does not store your card details in any way.

Bank Deposit

After receiving your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions. You may deposit the amount into the following accounts:

IRIS Payments

Payment via the IRIS service is available. After receiving your order, you will receive an email with our account QR code and payment instructions.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you may choose payment via the PayPal platform. Upon completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal for payment.

Klarna

Pay for your order easily and quickly via Klarna by choosing payment in 3 interest-free installments, without requiring a credit card. Available for purchases of €35 and above. Payment approval is given instantly by Klarna. You may be asked for verification or additional information during checkout. You can learn more about Klarna here.

Cash on Delivery (Payment in cash upon delivery)

You may pay in cash or by card to the delivery person upon delivery of your order for orders up to €499.
The cash on delivery service is charged with an additional cost of €2.00.
Note: Cash on delivery applies only to deliveries via Courier or BOX NOW and not via a transport company.

Shipping Methods

Deliveries are made in the following ways:

Courier & BOX NOW

– Courier: Delivery to your location within 1–3 working days for Mainland Greece, 2–4 working days for islands (applies to prefecture capitals).
– BOX NOW: 24/7 pickup from an Automatic Pickup Machine (Locker) near you. Your parcel remains available for 72 hours, with the option of extension.

Transport Company (Freight Agency)

For bulky or heavy products, shipping is carried out via a transport company (freight agency). Cash on delivery is excluded as a payment method, and the customer must complete payment electronically when placing the order.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are paid directly to the transport company upon receipt. Upon completion of the order, we will contact you regarding the choice of transport company and the shipping cost.

Shipping Costs

– For orders up to €49.00: Minimum shipping charge €3.50.
– For orders over €49.00: Free shipping within Greece (applies to Courier & BOX NOW).
– Transport company: Shipping costs are determined by the freight agency and are paid by the customer (for orders up to €49.00).

Additional Information

– All prices shown at checkout include VAT.
– With every order, a retail receipt or invoice is issued according to the details you provide.
– For information regarding returns, cancellations, or order changes, please visit the Returns Policy page or contact us.
– Products are shipped to the address you provided with your order.
– Receipt takes place without opening the package before it is received by the customer.
– After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
