Right of Withdrawal (Refund)

The consumer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason and without any charge from the sales contract, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

The withdrawal applies under the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned in its original condition, without having been used or damaged.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying documents and accessories (e.g. tags, box, warranty, proof of purchase).
    • The return shipping costs of the product are borne by the consumer.
    • Delivery shipping costs are not refunded if the consumer had chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the company.
    • The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

The withdrawal may be declared:

    • By sending an email to info@dpar.gr, or
    • By using our electronic Withdrawal Form in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Law 2251/94 for distance purchases.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal.

Refund

    • The refund is made only upon presentation of the retail sales receipt.
    • The money is refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice, provided that we have received and inspected the product or have received proof of its return.
    • For payments made via bank account, the following are required:
        • Full name of the account holder
        • IBAN of the bank account
    • For payments made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or another electronic payment system, the transaction will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the card within 7 working days.
    • The company bears no responsibility for any damage or loss during the return of the product — the use of a reliable courier service with tracking is recommended.

Exceptions

    • No returns are accepted for personal-use products (e.g. underwear, swimwear, masks, cosmetics, perfumes) if their packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
    • No returns are accepted for the supply of products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products.
    • The refund policy does not apply to orders paid with a gift card. In these cases, a store credit voucher of equal value is issued for future purchases from our e-shop. The relevant code is sent to the email address you provided when placing the order. The voucher is valid for one (1) year from its date of issue. After this period, the voucher expires and can no longer be used.
    • If the purchase has been made by a professional and an invoice has been issued, no refund will be made. Only a credit invoice will be issued for future use.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges (e.g. size or color) are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been used and is accompanied by the proof of purchase.

    • Shipping and return costs are borne by the consumer.
    • In offers with free or reduced shipping, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us by phone at (+30) 6975 903 824, within the same day, quoting your order number.

Incorrect Product Shipment

If you received the wrong product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately:

The return and re-shipment are free of charge.

Product Returns with BOX NOW

    • If you made your purchase via BOX NOW and wish to return it, write the parcel ID on the parcel (10-digit number) or attach the original voucher you received to the parcel.
    • Enter the 10-digit parcel code (parcel ID) on the screen — you can find it either on the voucher or in the email/Viber/SMS you received from Box Now — and press OK.
    • Place the parcel inside the locker.
    • Close the locker.

The charge is €2, an amount that will be deducted from the refund or from your next order.
